1. Can I still shop online on disguisecosmetics.com?
Yes, of course you may place an order online! We are processing gift cards on an immediate basis. Physical orders at the moment, however, are facing some delivery disruptions caused by COVID-19 so your order may take slightly longer to get to you but it will get to you!
UPDATE 14.09.2020 - As per government update, we're shipping to all serviceable pin codes pan India.We have even resumed international shipping. There may be some additional delays if you're in or near a containment zone though.


2. I placed an order on disguisecosmetics.com, when will my package arrive?

Please note that due to COVID-19, you may experience longer transit times for your order than usual, typically 10 - 14 days.

We are working closely with our courier partners and also monitoring the situation and government updates regularly to ensure as little disruption but most of this situation is out of our hands as you may understand. We have temporarily added Bangalore as a shipping location in addition to Mumbai so depending on your order and the urgency, we may ship from either location.

3. Are you accepting COD?

In the spirit of social distancing, we've disabled the COD option so we can process No-Contact Deliveries with ease. We believe it's safest for both our delivery partners and you to avoid the physical exchange of cash at the moment.

4. I would like to change the address for an order I have placed. How can I go about this?

Please address any address change request via email at orders@disguisecosmetics.com. Do include your order number and add 'Address Change Order #xxxx' in the subject if possible.

5. Is it safe to open my package?

All our employees maintain the highest level of safety and quality when handling product and shipments. We are following all recommendations from public health agencies and have been educating employees on hand-washing, hand-sanitizing, and social distancing measures in the workplace and at home. We are continuously working to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our employees and our products. At the moment all orders are being processed by our founders themselves. ;)

It is safe to receive and open your package. As per WHO, the likelihood of an infected person contaminating your parcel is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low. As a general rule of thumb, it is best to wash hands thoroughly after handling a package and to avoid touching your face.
